Changes to Stamp Duty

Chancellor Philip Hammond has announced plans to abolished Stamp Duty for all first-time buyers of shared ownership properties up to £500,000. This will also be implemented retrospectively for any shared-ownership buyers since the first-time buyer exemption was introduced in November 2017.
