Our support service is available to everyone. Usually this is included in our fixed fees. Put simply you don’t pay extra when you telephone or email us with a question. Like magic, you will receive an answer to your financial questions usually by the end of the next working day. That is what we call support.
Some things are not support, like detailed additional reports or financial forecasts. Setting up a share option scheme or incorporating a trade is also beyond the support included in our quotations. However you can be clear that if the work you ask us to do is beyond the support included in your fee, we will let you know. We will quote and agree any additional fees for such work prior to carrying out. You can ask us any questions happy that you will NEVER receive an invoice that you are not expecting.
