Many of our fee quotations include one to four meetings per year.  We have found that regular meetings are a highly valued part of our service.

An annual meeting is a great time to go through ideas and subjects that are at a strategic level.  The process of preparing for and applying the ideas from an annual meeting gives the opportunity to step away from the day to day operations and take an overview of your situation.  Vital if your objectives are to be achieved in the long term.

Quarterly meetings are preferred by some proactive individuals and many larger businesses, not for profit entities and charities.  These give a great insight into tactics to be deployed through the year, as well as the strategic view of the annual meeting.  Typical quarterly meeting cycle includes post year end accounts review, special projects, interim results and pre-year end planning.  Quarterly meetings will also review the management accounts.
