Green Accountancy provides a national accountancy service based primarily on email and telephone communications. 

Travelling is generally inefficient in costs, emissions and particularly time.  We have found that all of the services described on this web site can be provided without the need for face to face meetings.  Quite simply everything that requires a conversation can be carried out on the telephone.  By avoiding the inefficiencies of travel we are able to offer levels of fees far lower than traditional firms of accountants. 

The workflow for all of the services carried out monthly, quarterly and annually is based on clients emailing spreadsheets, back up data files or other information.  We review the information in detail and prepare VAT returns, payroll, accounts, and tax computations.  Clients are telephoned to confirm any points and discuss the issues arising.  Final work is emailed or posted to the client.

All of our fees include unlimited telephone, email and postal communications.

Meetings
We can meet you at our home office here in Farmoor (just outside of Oxford) or at our office facilities in Oxford or Reading.

For clients based in Oxfordshire and the surrounding area we are happy to meet at your home or business premises.  We appreciate how busy running a business can be and therefore can arrange evening or weekend meetings if you require.  We will travel by bus or train where possible.

Fees for meetings are always charged by the hour at rates agreed in advance.  Travel costs for meetings outside of Oxford are charged at 80p+VAT per mile from Oxford which includes an allowance for our time.
