• Full details of any difference between the contract and the actual relationship with the end client.

We will review your contract and provide a response by email within 1 working day and advise you of completion of the review.  Following payment of the fixed fee of £95+VAT we will advise on all of the main questions regarding IR35, explaining for each point whether it is a pointer towards being inside or outside of IR35.  We summarise this information into an opinion on whether we believe that your contract is caught by IR35.

It must be remembered that IR35 status is based on real practical working conditions as well as any written contract.  We cannot guarantee that HMRC will agree with our review, should there ever be an enquiry into your status you contract and any professional opinion will be the initial documents reviewed by HMRC.  However it is possible that HMRC will investigate further, potentially interviewing you and your client.  Should such an enquiry develop we will be able to provide expert advice regarding the procedures and technical taxation aspect.
