		<description>Thank you for your comment.  We strongly believe that electric cars should be powered by renewable source electricity.  It is likely that private purchasers of electric cars will already by buying green tariff electricity and/or self generating with solar pv.  Public &quot;power points&quot; should be powered with renewable source electricity otherwise any scheme of public power points being environmentally beneficial is a farce.</description>
