Our fees are calculated and quoted in advance based on three main factors:

1. The size and complexity of the business or tax affairs in question.
2. The quality of the records that will be provided.
3. The actual services to be carried out.

We can often get a good understanding of all of these points through a simple telephone call or a meeting.  Free meetings can be arranged at our offices in Oxford or London to discuss your business or finances, bookkeeping and services required.

Once we have these details we estimate the time and seniority of the staff that will be used to provide the services required.  We can then provide a fixed fee quotation prior to carrying out the work.
